Delivery

We offer a few options for delivery. Please note that postage costs are not included yet. We will quote postage cost in our order confirmation, based on the preferred delivery mode stated in your order. For items still in US, waiting time is around 2 - 3 weeks.
  • Singpost normal mail
  • Singpost registered mail
  • Courier by Taqbin
  • Self-collection (at Serangoon MRT or Novena MRT only, Wed 8pm or Sat 10am)
** Registered mail or courier is highly recommended over normal mail. We cannot be responsible for any lost/damaged mail once item is posted out.

Ordering

  • Please email your order to shopping_moments@yahoo.com
  • We need your name, contact no, mailing address, preferred delivery mode and of course the item (brand/style no/colour)
  • Upon our email confirmation, full payment must be received within 24 hours or your item may be released to another buyer
  • All sales are final. No refunds/returns/exchanges will be accepted once payment is received
  • We accept pre-orders. Please email us the items you are interested in and we will give you a quotation. Full payment is required upon confirmation. If we are unable to purchase the items, a complete refund will be given

PLEASE TAKE NOTE!

** Our items are 100% authentic as we purchase them from major department stores & factory outlets, or order directly from coach.com & katespade.com. However, please note that there may be minor imperfections, such as tiny spots/creases etc, as the items are openly displayed for selection, or inherent in the leather itself.

Items from katespade.com are usually final sale & non-returnable, and we have no control over the quality of the items they send us, and whether they include dustbags/boxes, and will be sold as it is.

We do check carefully before purchasing, but some are unavoidable. We do seek your kind understanding in these cases :) **
